Quality Policy

With the implementation of a documented Quality Management System, BARATTIERI SINTERIZZATI S.R.L. commits to ensuring the quality of the services offered, aiming to satisfy customer expectations and strengthen the company’s standing in its sector.

The Quality System systematically, planned, and documentedly defines the organizational and technical activities adopted by the organization. These methods are aimed at achieving the following goals:

  • Operating to ensure a continuous improvement in the reliability of products/services and the efficiency of processes, particularly through:
    • better organization and planning of work;
    • efficient management of material and service procurement processes;
    • maintaining a control system to monitor all work activities and the final product characteristics constantly, using statistical techniques as necessary;
  • Constantly monitoring risks related to management, in compliance with the requirements of interested parties;
  • Ensuring leadership at all levels of the organization and providing adequate resources to interested parties to ensure continuous improvement;
  • Complying with laws, standards, and regulations to guarantee operational continuity at satisfactory standards for the customer;
  • Acquiring new customers by adapting to the new levels of quality and efficiency found in the sector, ensuring continuous growth;
  • Enhancing professionalism, improving the company’s external image, and obtaining market credibility, which can also be demonstrated through certification;
  • Ensuring that the requested quality of the service/product is achieved and maintained for the customer;
  • Coordinating all activities that affect the quality of performance.

To this end, the Management ensures:

  • That the Quality Policy is supported at all levels within the company’s organization;
  • That the Quality Manager has the authority and resources necessary for the constant control/monitoring of the Quality System implementation process and its subsequent improvements;
  • Providing the necessary resources to achieve objectives, both in economic and organizational terms;
  • Encouraging the continuous improvement of individual skills for each employee, fostering active participation in training activities and technical discussions among employees, so that the skills of collaborators become a company asset.

Quality objectives can only be achieved with the collaboration of all company resources, aligning objectives at both the area and global levels. Continuous improvement can be achieved through:

  • Seeking significant and highly professional clients, enabling the company to develop advanced know-how and technical competencies;
  • Efficient and effective management of the organization, professional skills, and culture;
  • Reducing nonconformities, defects, and costs.
